Processing Time All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product type and current order volume.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at pieproproducts@live.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
